Helpers, labourers and support workers assist supervisors and skilled teams with hands-on tasks, site readiness and operational support as each assignment requires.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned support and labour tasks to procedure
- Follow site safety, access and conduct requirements
- Assist skilled teams and supervisors as directed
- Report hazards, supply needs and operational issues
- Maintain tools, PPE and work areas in good order
- Support peak operational periods when required
